The following Disclaimer and Terms of Participation are established to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible driving experience for all participants in drives organized by The Ultimate Driving Group (UDG). These terms apply to all UDG drives, events, and activities.

By participating, all attendees agree to these terms, accept full responsibility for operating their own vehicle, and acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Attendance is limited to 10 cars and up to 20 participants. Reservations are required for each attendee. If you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible so that waitlisted participants can join. Reservations can be made at UltimateDrivingGroup@gmail.com.

Starting locations, routes, schedules, destinations, and activities may change without

 prior notice due to weather, traffic, road closures, venue issues, or safety concerns. 

Route instructions will be provided before the drive begins.

PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER

Participation in all UDG events is entirely voluntary. By joining any drive organized by The Ultimate Driving Group, participants acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk.

UDG organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any 

personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after the event. 

Participants are solely accountable for the safe operation of their vehicles, 

their driving choices, and any consequences resulting from their actions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All participants are responsible for:

• ensuring their vehicle is safe, insured, and roadworthy

• ensuring that the driver of any participating vehicle holds a valid driver’s license

• obeying all traffic laws at all times

• maintaining safe, responsible driving behavior

• using sound judgment during all UDG activities
