The following Disclaimer and Terms of Participation are established to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible driving experience for all participants in drives organized by The Ultimate Driving Group (TUDG). These terms apply to all TUDG drives, events, and activities. By participating, all attendees acknowledge that participation is voluntary, agree to these terms, accept full responsibility for the operation of their own vehicle, and understand that they participate entirely at their own risk.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Attendance is limited to 10 vehicles and up to 20 participants and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are required for each attendee and are considered confirmed only after written confirmation from TUDG. Once capacity is reached, additional participants will be placed on a waitlist. If unable to attend, participants are asked to notify TUDG as early as possible so that waitlisted participants may join. Reservations may be made by emailing UltimateDrivingGroup@gmail.com. Starting locations, routes, schedules, destinations, and activities may change without prior notice due to weather, traffic, road closures, venue availability, or safety considerations. Route instructions and general guidance will be provided before each drive.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in all TUDG activities is entirely voluntary. Driving activities involve inherent risks, including traffic conditions, road hazards, weather, mechanical failure, and other drivers' actions. Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS
Participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless The Ultimate Driving Group, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, and any associated venues from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising before, during, or after any TUDG activity.
NO AGENCY / NO SUPERVISION / NO CONTROL
The Ultimate Driving Group does not provide driving instruction, supervision, direction, or control. TUDG does not act as an agent, guide, instructor, or supervisor. Each participant operates independently and is solely responsible for driving decisions, vehicle operation, and compliance with all traffic laws.
COSTS, FEES & EXPENSES
TUDG does not charge participation or entry fees. Participants are solely responsible for all personal costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, food, beverages, fuel, tolls, parking, lodging, vehicle maintenance, repairs, insurance, and incidental expenses.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants confirm that:
• Their vehicle is safe, insured, and roadworthy
• They hold a valid driver’s license
• They will obey all traffic laws at all times
• They will maintain safe and responsible driving behavior
• They will exercise sound judgment during all TUDG activities
INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TUDG and its affiliated parties from any claims brought by third parties arising from the participant’s actions or participation.
